Phil Hart is a computer consultant and trainer who is interested in helping people learn today what they will find useful in their tomorrows. He is also a one time teacher of horse riding, Adult Basic Education, network design, office software, coding, numeracy, physics, and project management software. His current projects include freeway electronic signage, fatigue testing, writing user guides, and hydroponics management systems.
